PAYONE PROCESSES DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS FOR ALDI SÜD

PAYONE, the leading payment provider in the German market and the joint venture of Ingenico Group, the global leader in seamless payments, and the DSV Group, the competence centre for payment within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, will be responsible for ALDI SÜD’s debit and credit card business effective immediately.

PAYONE GmbH has been supporting ALDI SÜD for over a decade with network operation and the associated girocard transactions. Retroactively to 1 July 2020, PAYONE will also take on responsibility for the retailer’s debit and credit card payment processing in its stationary shops, comprising processing of all payments made using Mastercard, Visa, V Pay or Maestro cards.
